2. Scope and subject of these terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern applications and registrations for hunting and other events (each, an "Event") announced by the Association on this website (the "Website"). The Terms become binding between the applicant (the "Applicant") and the Association upon completion and submission of the registration form available on the Website.

3. Registration process

The Applicant provides the information required for registration (full name, email address, phone number, number of participants, and any accommodation or meal requirements) via the form on the Website. By submitting the registration, the Applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Submitting a registration does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed booking. Subject to availability, the Association will send the Applicant a personalized quotation by email, including the participation fee and the cost of any requested accommodation or meals. A registration becomes final only upon written confirmation (by email) from the Association.

4. Capacity and cancellation

Events have limited capacity. Registrations are processed in the order received; once an Event is fully booked, the Association may decline the registration or place the Applicant on a waiting list, and will notify the Applicant by email accordingly.

A confirmed registration may be cancelled in writing (by email) at least [X] days before the Event. Cancellation terms and any applicable refund conditions will be set out in the individual quotation or confirmation email.

5. Changes to or cancellation of an Event

The Association reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an Event — in particular for reasons of weather, regulatory requirements, nature conservation, or other circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the Association will promptly notify registered participants by email and provide information on how any fees already paid will be handled.

6. Liability

The Association will inform participants of the inherent risks associated with hunting activities as part of the confirmation process. Participants must comply with the safety rules in effect on site and the instructions of the hunt leader. The Association's liability is determined in accordance with applicable law.

7. Complaints and remedies

Any complaint relating to a registration, an Event, or these Terms may be submitted using the contact details set out above. In the event of a dispute, the Applicant is entitled to refer the matter to the competent conciliation board or court having jurisdiction over their place of residence.

8. Final provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and applicable Hungarian consumer protection law. The Association reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally; amendments take effect upon publication on the Website.
